Soulkin Community Guidelines
These Community Guidelines explain the standards that apply when you create, post, share, view, comment on, message, or otherwise interact with content and users through Soulkin. They are designed to help maintain a genuine, friendly, safe, and pet-centered community for users outside the mainland of China.
These Guidelines form part of the Soulkin Terms of Service. If there is any inconsistency between these Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will apply unless these Guidelines provide more specific rules for community behavior or content moderation.
1. Our Community Principles
Soulkin is built around pet care, memories, shared responsibility, and respectful social interaction. When using Soulkin, you agree to follow these principles:
- Be respectful. Treat other users, their pets, and their families with dignity and kindness.
- Be honest and careful. Do not intentionally mislead others, impersonate others, or manipulate community systems.
- Protect privacy. Do not expose personal information about yourself, minors, household members, other users, or third parties without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
- Prioritize safety and animal welfare. Do not promote animal cruelty, unsafe pet care practices, or conduct that may harm people or animals.
- Use the community for its intended purpose. Soulkin is a pet-centered platform, not a place for spam, scams, illegal activity, or abusive conduct.
2. Content Standards
You are responsible for the content you upload, post, share, send, or otherwise make available through Soulkin, including text, photos, videos, audio, comments, messages, profile information, pet information, and other materials. Your content must comply with applicable law, these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, and any additional rules shown in the app.
You should not post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or inconsistent with the purpose of Soulkin. If you post content about other people, minors, pets owned by others, veterinary records, medical records, locations, or household matters, you must ensure that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to do so.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following categories are not allowed on Soulkin. The examples are illustrative and are not exhaustive.

| Sexual or adult content | Pornographic content, explicit sexual content, sexual solicitation, sexually suggestive content involving minors, or adult content that is inappropriate for the Soulkin community. |
| Violence, gore, and shock content | Graphic injury, blood, cruelty, threats of violence, glorification of violence, or content intended primarily to shock or disturb others. |
| Animal cruelty and unsafe pet care | Abuse, neglect, intentional harm, dangerous training methods, encouragement of animal fighting, or content that promotes unsafe treatment of pets or animals. |
| Self-harm and dangerous behavior | Promotion, encouragement, instruction, or graphic depiction of suicide, self-injury, eating disorders, or dangerous challenges. |
| Misinformation and deception | False or misleading claims that may cause harm, fabricated content presented as fact, manipulated media, scams, phishing, or impersonation. |
| Spam, advertising, and off-platform diversion | Unauthorized advertising, repetitive posting, engagement bait, mass messaging, fake promotions, or attempts to move users to third-party platforms for abnormal transactions or interactions. |
| Privacy violations | Sharing personal data, private messages, precise location, identification documents, health information, veterinary records, images of minors, or other private information without appropriate rights and permission. |
| Platform manipulation | Fake likes, fake comments, fake follows, artificial engagement, coordinated manipulation, bot activity, scripts, scraping, or attempts to interfere with ranking, recommendation, search, or other distribution systems. |
| Security abuse | Attempts to bypass security controls, exploit bugs, access accounts or data without authorization, reverse engineer protected systems, or interfere with Soulkin services. |
4. Pet and Animal Welfare Rules
Soulkin is a pet-centered platform. We may remove or restrict content that appears to depict or encourage harm to animals, even if the content is presented as entertainment, training, discipline, or a challenge.
- Do not post content that shows or encourages animal abuse, neglect, abandonment, fighting, torture, or deliberate injury.
- Do not promote unsafe feeding, medication, medical treatment, training, restraint, breeding, or transport practices that may harm animals.
- Do not present dangerous pet care advice as professional guidance unless it is accurate, appropriately qualified, and clearly contextualized.
- Veterinary or health-related content shared by users is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Users should consult a qualified veterinarian for diagnosis or treatment.
5. Minors and Family Safety
You must be especially careful when posting or sharing content involving minors. Do not upload or share images, videos, names, schools, precise locations, contact details, health information, or other personal information of minors unless you have a lawful basis and all required permissions from a parent or legal guardian.
- Do not post content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, harasses, or humiliates minors.
- Do not encourage minors to make purchases, share private information, meet strangers, or participate in unsafe activities.
- Do not use Soulkin to contact minors in a way that is inappropriate, manipulative, coercive, or unrelated to legitimate community interaction.
- If we reasonably believe that content or conduct may put a minor at risk, we may remove the content, restrict the account, notify relevant parties, or report the matter as required by law.
6. Respectful Interaction Rules
When commenting, messaging, reacting, following, or otherwise interacting with others, you must maintain respectful and lawful behavior. Differences in opinion are allowed; abuse is not.
- Do not insult, threaten, shame, pressure, or harass others.
- Do not use private messages for spam, scams, harassment, sexual solicitation, intimidation, or off-platform diversion.
- Do not abuse reporting, appeal, review, or support tools to attack others or interfere with platform operations.
- Do not coordinate with others to manipulate engagement, attack users, mass report content, or distort community discussion.
7. Account Integrity
Your account must be used honestly and in accordance with the Terms of Service. You may not:
- create accounts in bulk, through automated means, or for deceptive or abusive purposes;
- impersonate another person, brand, organization, public figure, pet owner, veterinarian, or Soulkin representative;
- sell, rent, transfer, or share account access in a way that violates the Terms of Service or compromises security;
- use bots, scripts, unauthorized tools, plug-ins, crawlers, or other automated systems to access, scrape, manipulate, or disrupt Soulkin;
- help, encourage, or facilitate another person in violating these Guidelines.
8. Commercial Activity, Promotions, and External Links
Soulkin may allow certain official, partner, or platform-authorized commercial activity. Unless expressly permitted by Soulkin, you may not use the community features for advertising, lead generation, unauthorized promotions, affiliate schemes, spam, fake giveaways, or off-platform transactions.
External links may be restricted, demoted, reviewed, or removed if they appear unsafe, misleading, spammy, irrelevant, privacy-invasive, or inconsistent with Soulkin’s community purpose. We may also restrict content that uses inducements, rewards, private contact instructions, or misleading language to move users away from Soulkin or bypass platform rules.
9. Moderation and Enforcement
We may review content, accounts, and activity using automated tools, human review, user reports, technical signals, or other reasonable methods. We may take action when we believe, in good faith, that content or conduct violates these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, applicable law, platform safety requirements, or the rights of others.
Depending on the nature, context, severity, reach, intent, user history, risk to minors, risk to animals, and potential harm, enforcement actions may include:
- removing, hiding, labeling, age-restricting, or reducing the visibility of content;
- limiting recommendation, search visibility, comments, messages, posting, uploads, or other functions;
- requiring edits, warnings, verification, or additional information;
- temporarily suspending or permanently terminating an account;
- preserving relevant records, reporting serious violations, or cooperating with lawful requests from competent authorities where required by law.
Where practicable and appropriate, we may use graduated enforcement such as warnings, temporary limitations, or corrective requests before imposing permanent account restrictions. However, severe violations, safety risks, legal obligations, repeated abuse, or urgent circumstances may require immediate action without prior notice.
10. Reporting and Appeals
You may report content, accounts, messages, or behavior that you believe violates these Guidelines through the reporting tools available in the app or by contacting us at Soulkin_Support@owleap-world.com. Please provide enough context for us to review the issue, such as the relevant account, content, screenshot, link, or description of the concern.
If we take a content or account action that materially affects you, you may submit an appeal through the available in-app appeal tools or by contacting us. We will review appeals in a reasonable manner and timeframe. We may decline abusive, repetitive, fraudulent, or bad-faith appeals, or requests that we are legally prohibited from addressing.
11. Updates to These Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our services, community needs, safety practices, legal requirements, or enforcement standards. For material changes that adversely affect your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law or where appropriate for the nature of the change.
If you do not agree to the updated Guidelines, you should stop using the affected community features. Your continued use of Soulkin community features after the updated Guidelines take effect means that you accept the updated Guidelines, except where applicable law requires a different process.
